These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Ambient. By using Ambient, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Ambient

Ambient lets you create widgets from metrics and API endpoints you configure. You are responsible for your account, the endpoints you connect, the credentials you provide, and the data returned by those endpoints.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Ambient to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Do not connect endpoints or credentials you are not authorized to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse Ambient or its infrastructure.
• Do not use Ambient to process sensitive information unless you are comfortable with that data being stored and displayed in widgets.

Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple under your Apple ID settings and Apple terms.

Third-party services

Ambient may interact with third-party APIs or services that you configure. We are not responsible for third-party availability, rate limits, pricing, terms, or changes.

No warranties

Ambient is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that metrics will always poll successfully, that widgets will always update instantly, or that third-party services will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambient and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use Ambient in a way that creates risk for us, other users, or third parties.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ambient after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
